With the continuous improvement of the modern market economy system, the changes in the functions of enterprise business management are also profoundly changing the requirements for business management education. Traditional business management education often focuses on imparting theoretical knowledge and neglects close integration with practice. This article combines the changes in the functions of enterprise business management under the new situation, explores how to innovate teaching methods, teaching content, and teaching modes in teaching, and proposes a teaching reform path guided by practical needs, aiming to enhance students’ practical ability and innovation awareness, and cultivate business management talents that are suitable for the modern market economy environment.
