构树叶开发为黄粉虫饲料可行性研究

Abstract:

目的:为了提高黄粉虫的经济价值,降低其养殖成本,充分利用其生命力顽强,生性食杂等特点,把不同比例的构树叶粉、包菜和麦麸等添加入黄粉虫饲料,探讨开发构树叶作为黄粉虫饲料可行性。方法:采用单因素实验法,通过改变构树叶粉、包菜与麦麸的比例作为饲料饲喂黄粉虫,通过测定不同构树叶与麦麸比例饲料后,测定饲喂的黄粉虫的死亡率、增重率、增长率、粗蛋白含量数据,考察最佳的饲料配比。结果:实验得到最佳饲喂饲料配比为:构树叶:麦麸比例为5:5,其增长率、增重率最好,测得黄粉虫粗蛋白含量为23.2%;其他最佳饲养条件为密度1头/cm2;饲料含水量16.7%;温度30℃。结论:本研究表明构树叶作为黄粉虫饲料,与饲喂全麦麸无特别差异,对黄粉虫幼虫生长发育无影响。
Objective: In order to improve the economic value of Tenebrio molitor, reduce its breeding cost, make full use of its strong vitality, raw food and other characteristics, different proportions of Broussonetia papyrifera leaf powder, cabbage and wheat bran were added to the feed of Tenebrio molitor, and the feasibility of developing Broussonetia papyrifera leaf as a feed of Tenebrio molitor was discussed. Method: The single-factor experimental method was used to feed Tenebrio molitor by changing the ratio of Broussonetia papyrifera leaf powder, cabbage, and wheat bran. After measuring the ratio of different Broussonetia papyrifera leaves to wheat bran, the mortality rate, weight gain rate, growth rate and crude protein content of Tenebrio molitor were measured to investigate the best feed ratio. Result: The results showed that the optimum feeding ratio was as follows: the ratio of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves to wheat bran was 5:5, the growth rate and weight gain rate were the best, and the crude protein content of Tenebrio molitor was 23.2%. Other optimal feeding conditions were a density of 1 head/cm2; the water content of the diet was 16.7%. The temperature was 30?C. Conclusion: This study showed that the use of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves as a feed for Tenebrio molitor was not different from feeding whole wheat bran and had no effect on the growth and development of Tenebrio molitor.
