基于绿色发展理念的乡村高质量发展路径研究

绿色发展理念以人与自然和谐为价值取向，以绿色低碳循环为主要原则，以生态文明建设为基本抓手，是引领乡村高质量发展的关键。新时代乡村以绿色发展理念引领高质量发展成效显著，乡村环境明显改善、村风文明建设不断推进、乡村产业绿色化水平提高，但仍存在基层政府宣传不足、乡村环境治理力度不够、乡村绿色龙头企业欠缺、农民参与度低等问题和挑战。要不断优化乡村产业结构，做大做强绿色产业；聚焦文旅融合，因地制宜打造乡村特色旅游产业；提升农民综合素养和主体意识，积极践行绿色发展理念；完善乡村基础设施建设，深入实施农村人居环境整治提升行动。
The green development concept, with the harmony between human beings and nature as the value orientation, green, low-carbon and recycling as the main principle, and ecological civilization construction as the basic hand, is the key to leading the high-quality development of the countryside. The new era of the countryside to lead the green development concept of high-quality development has been effective, the countryside environment has improved significantly, the construction of village civilization continues to promote the green level of rural industry, but there are still problems and challenges such as insufficient publicity by the grass-roots government, insufficient efforts to manage the rural environment, the lack of green leading enterprises in the countryside, and the low level of participation by farmers. To continuously optimize the rural industrial structure, bigger and stronger green industries; focus on the integration of culture and tourism, according to local conditions to create rural characteristics of the tourism industry; enhance the comprehensive literacy of farmers and the main awareness, and actively practice the concept of green development; improve the construction of rural infrastructure, and the in-depth implementation of the upgrading of rural human settlements.
