地方师范院校大学生创新创业教育的现状——以宝鸡文理学院为例
The Current Situation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for College Students at Local Normal Universities—Taking Baoji University of Arts and Sciences as an Example

知识经济时代与创新型国家战略的深入，将创新创业教育推至高等教育改革的前沿。地方师范院校，作为高等教育的重要基石，既承载着培养未来教师的重任，又肩负着驱动区域经济发展的使命。通过文献综述与问卷调查，分析了宝鸡文理学院在创新创业教育的硬件基础、师资力量、课程体系、实践平台及政策扶持等方面的综合现状。研究揭示，学院虽在创新创业教育上有所建树，但仍面临课程内容滞后于市场需求、实践教学资源匮乏、师资团队建设滞后、学生创业意识薄弱等挑战。
The era of knowledge economy and the deepening of innovative national strategy push innovation and entrepreneurship education to the forefront of higher education reform. As an important cornerstone of higher education, local normal colleges not only carry the important task of cultivating future teachers, but also shoulder the mission of driving regional economic development. Through literature review and questionnaire survey, the comprehensive status of Baoji University of Arts and Sciences in terms of hardware foundation, faculty, curriculum system, practice platform and policy support. The research reveals that although the college has made some achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship education, it still faces challenges such as the market demand, the lack of practical teaching resources, the lag of teacher team construction, and the students’ weak awareness of entrepreneurship.
