可持续商业模式推动绿色创新绩效——以顺丰速运为例

Abstract:
可持续商业模式是实现可持续发展的基础，绿色创新绩效是环境效益和经济效益的综合体现。推动可持续商业模式和绿色创新绩效是实现双碳目标的重要标准。但在实践层面，顺丰可持续商业模式在推动绿色创新绩效发展中存在外部制度压力影响绿色新制度落实、供应链关系不紧密阻碍绿色新理念发展和企业专利落地不足以支撑绿色新技术发展。为进一步推动绿色创新绩效，有必要将内外部制度压力相融合，实现自身可持续绿色发展；加大合作商间绿色合作，促进企业绿色发展；增加研发投入，加速科技成果转化。
Sustainable business model is the basis of sustainable development, and green innovation performance is the comprehensive embodiment of environmental benefits and economic benefits. Promoting sustainable business models and green innovation performance are important criteria for achieving the two-carbon goal. However, in practice, SF’s sustainable business model in promoting the development of green innovation performance has external institutional pressure affecting the implementation of the green new system, the supply chain is not close to hinder the development of green new concepts, and the landing of corporate patents is not enough to support the development of green new technologies. In order to further promote the performance of green innovation, it is necessary to integrate internal and external institutional pressures to achieve sustainable green development; strengthen green cooperation among partners and promote green development of enterprises; increase investment in research and development and accelerate the application of scientific and technological achievements.
