基于“治未病”思想探讨食疗与代谢相关性脂肪性肝病
Exploring the Relationship between Dietary Therapy and Metabolic-Associated Fatty Liver Disease Based on the Concept of “Preventive Treatment of Disease”

文章基于中医“治未病”思想，结合徐学义教授的学术思想，针对不同时期、不同证型下代谢相关性脂肪性肝病的辨证发展及其合适的食疗方进行相关综述。研究发现在非酒精性脂肪肝中，许多中医食疗方能够起到“未病先防、既病防变、愈后防复”的效果，中医食疗中对代谢相关性脂肪性肝病的辨证施食能改善生活方式、改变饮食行为，是防治该病的发展方向。
Based on the thought of “preventive treatment of disease” in traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the academic thought of Professor Xu Xueyi, this paper summarizes the dialectical development of metabolic-related fatty liver disease in different periods and under different syndrome types. Studies have found that in non-alcoholic fatty liver, many Chinese medicine food therapies can play the effect of “prevention before disease, preventing degeneration, and recovery after recovery”. TCM food therapy and food administration in the syndrome differentiation of metabolism-related fatty liver disease can improve lifestyle and change dietary behavior, which is the development direction of prevention and treatment of this disease.
