Abstract:

全面推动乡村振兴战略已经成为我国乡村发展重点,深化研究乡村振兴内部耦合协调发展,为实现高质量乡村发展提供理论支撑。建立了TOPSIS熵权法模型,分析了四川省乡村振兴综合发展情况并从空间分布上直观分析地理发展差异。在熵权法的基础上建立耦合协调度模型,探究四川省21个市(州)乡村振兴内部五大系统耦合协调度发展情况。研究发现:正理想解距离与负理想解距离存在显著的负相关性,综合发展指数与耦合协调存在明显的区域差异,存在“西低东中,中部高”特点;耦合度与协调指数之间并非总是正相关,一些地区虽然耦合度高,但协调指数和耦合协调度较低,表明经济发展与环境保护之间的协调性受到制约;协调类型的转变存在一定的空间集聚特征。
Comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy has become the focus of China’s rural development, deepening the research on the coupling and coordinated development of rural revitalization, and providing theoretical support for achieving high-quality rural development. The TOPSIS entropy weight model was established to analyze the comprehensive development of rural revitalization in Sichuan Province, and the geographical development differences were visually analyzed from the spatial distribution. Based on the entropy weight method, the coupling coordination degree model was established to explore the development of five major systems of rural revitalization in 21 cities (prefectures) of Sichuan Province. The results show that the positive ideal solution distance has a significant negative correlation with the negative ideal solution distance, and the comprehensive development index and coupling coordination have obvious regional differences, with the characteristics of “low in the west, middle in the east and high in the middle”. The correlation between the coupling degree and the coordination index is not always positive. Although the coupling degree is high in some regions, the coordination index and the coupling coordination degree are low, which indicates that the coordination between economic development and environmental protection is restricted. The transformation of coordination type has certain characteristics of spatial agglomeration.
