Abstract:

目的:分析高职院校大学生的睡眠拖延现状,探究手机的使用方式与睡眠拖延之间的关系。方法:2023年6~8月对江苏省某高职院校的1160名大学生进行了手机使用一般情况、手机依赖、睡前手机习惯性使用和睡眠拖延的问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果:江苏省某高职院校1160名大学生的睡眠拖延均分为(2.90 ± 0.58);睡前手机使用时长、手机依赖的失控性、戒断性、低效性、睡前手机使用习惯化程度和性别6个因子进入回归方程(P < 0.05),共解释总变异的25.8%。结论:睡眠拖延行为在高职院校大学生中普遍存在,睡前手机使用时长直接影响睡眠拖延,手机依赖的失控性、戒断性和低效性维度以及睡前手机使用习惯化程度是睡眠拖延的重要影响因素。
Objective: To analyze the current situation of sleep procrastination among college students in higher vocational colleges, and explore the relationship between mobile phone use and sleep procrastination. Methods: From June to August 2023, 1160 college students in a vocational college in Jiangsu Province were surveyed on the general situation of mobile phone use, mobile phone dependence, habitual use of mobile phone before going to bed and bedtime procrastination, and the data were analyzed. Results: The average score of sleep delay of 1160 college students in Jiangsu Province was (2.90 ± 0.58). Six factors were entered into the regression equation (P < 0.05), which accounted for 25.8% of the total variation. Conclusion: Sleep procrastination is common among college students in higher vocational colleges. The duration of mobile phone use before bed directly affects sleep procrastination. The dimensions of out-of-control, withdrawal and inefficiency of mobile phone dependence and the degree of habituation of mobile phone use before bed are important influencing factors of sleep procrastination.
