从“内卷”到“躺平”——社会心理学视角下青年“丧文化”研究
From “Inner Roll” to “Lying Flat”—A Study of Youth’s “Loss Culture” from the Perspective of Social Psychology

当前，“丧文化”作为一种新兴的网络亚文化现象，从“内卷”到“躺平”的演变中崭露头角，与长期以来社会所倡导的积极向上的主流文化形成鲜明对比，标志着近年来青年社会心理变迁的一种新趋势。该文化通过一系列蕴含“丧”特质的符号，来传达青年群体中的颓废、悲观等负面情绪，同时宣扬了一种包含自嘲、麻木与妥协特征的生活态度。“丧文化”的兴起与流行，根植于特定的时代背景与社会心理环境之中。它映射出当代青年在面对习得性无助、求异心理与从众心理需求的交织满足、心理补偿机制的寻求以及个体认识规范缺失等多重社会心理现象。这些复杂的心理动态共同作用于青年群体，促使“丧文化”作为一种表达与宣泄渠道，在特定社会与文化土壤中生根发芽，并逐步获得广泛的社会关注与认同。
At present, as an emerging network subculture phenomenon, “loss culture” has emerged from the evolution of “inner roll” to “lying flat”, which is in sharp contrast with the positive mainstream culture advocated by the society for a long time, marking a new trend of social psychological changes of young people in recent years. The culture uses a series of symbols with “loss” qualities to convey negative emotions such as decadence and pessimism among young people, while promoting an attitude of life characterized by self-mockery, numbness and compromise. The rise and popularity of “loss culture” is rooted in a specific era background and social psychological environment. It reflects the multiple social psychological phenomena of contemporary youth in the face of learned helplessness, the interweaving of different psychology and conformity psychology needs, the search for psychological compensation mechanism and the lack of individual cognition norms. These complex psychological dynamics work together on the youth group, and promote “loss culture” as a channel of expression and catharsis to take root and sprout in the specific social and cultural soil, and gradually gain widespread social attention and recognition.
