本文聚焦医疗场域语言景观适老化，借由实证调研路径，全方位探究其现状、困境、挑战及优化策略。经系统剖析，精准揭示老年群体特殊需求与现有设计落差，引入场域理论、叙事医学等多学科视角，从语言环境、标识系统、信息无障碍等维度提出优化路径，以期提升老年就医体验、优化医疗服务品质，为医疗适老化发展筑牢理论根基。
This paper focuses on the aging of the language landscape in the medical field, and explores its current situation, difficulties, challenges and optimization strategies through empirical research. Through systematic analysis, the paper accurately reveals the gap between the special needs of the elderly and the existing design, introduces the field theory, narrative medicine and other multidisciplinary perspectives, and proposes the optimization path from the dimensions of language environment, identification system, information accessibility, etc., in order to improve the elderly medical experience, optimize the quality of medical service, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the development of medical aging.
