Abstract:

新文科建设背景下,翻译硕士专业学位研究生的培养模式需向新文科转型,以提升其培养质量。本研究选取陕西省七所顶尖院校作为研究案例地,通过问卷调查深度剖析翻译硕士的培养环境、职业胜任力、专业承诺以及学习投入四个维度的现状。研究数据显示,陕西省翻译硕士培养环境整体尚可,但翻译硕士职业胜任力水平一般。基于实证结果,本研究提出了针对性的改革思路,以期为培养符合时代需求的翻译硕士人才提供参考。
In the context of New Liberal Arts construction, the training model for MTI candidates must transition to align with these new paradigms to enhance training quality. This study focuses on seven prominent universities in Shaanxi, utilizing a questionnaire to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current state of translation abilities from four dimensions: training environment, professional competence, professional commitment, and learning engagement. The findings reveal that while the overall training environment for MTI candidates in Shaanxi is satisfactory, the professional competence of these students is generally inadequate. Based on empirical results, the present study proposes the corresponding reform strategies for the training model, which aim to provide references for cultivating translation professionals that meet contemporary societal needs in China.
