网络文化的崛起是信息技术革新、网民群体活跃及资本驱动共同作用的结果，展现出娱乐泛滥、兴趣社群集中、虚实结合、高度互动等特征，并伴随着泛娱乐化、虚无主义及相对主义等不良社会思潮，逐步渗透并可能深刻影响青少年的精神世界。当前，借助新媒介技术的迅猛推进，网络文化已深入现实生活的多个层面。作为一把双刃剑，网络文化既满足了青少年的内在需求，也带来了诸如自我认知混乱、阻碍核心价值观及思想品德培育等负面影响。为此，思想政治教育需与网络平台携手合作，应当通过优化网络文化内容，树立正确价值导向、强化网络平台监管，净化青少年网络空间、提升青少年媒介素养，增强信息辨别能力等方式增强思想政治教育的实效性，实现对网络文化的自觉引导。
The emergence of Internet culture is a consequence of advancements in information technology, the vibrancy of Internet users, and the impetus provided by capital. It is characterized by an influx of entertainment, a focus on interest-based communities, a blend of virtual and real-life elements, and a high level of interactivity. However, it is also accompanied by unfavorable social tendencies such as pan-entertainment, nihilism, and relativism, which have gradually infiltrated the spiritual realm of young people and may exert a profound influence on them. Currently, with the swift progression of new media technology, Internet culture has permeated numerous facets of real life. Serving as a double-edged sword, Internet culture not only fulfills the internal demands of young people but also introduces negative impacts, including confusion in self-awareness and obstacles in the cultivation of core values and ideological virtues. Consequently, ideological and political education needs to collaborate with online platforms. It should enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and achieve conscious guidance of online culture by optimizing online cultural content, establishing correct value orientations, strengthening the supervision of online platforms, purifying the online space for teenagers, improving teenagers’ media literacy, and enhancing their ability to discern information.
