旅游信息流对客流的时空影响研究——以山西省为例

Abstract:
短视频平台的高强度普及,使旅游信息流在旅游活动中呈现更为重要、生动的角色,因此为充分辨析旅游信息流对旅客流在时间和空间上的影响,本文以山西省为研究区域,主要以百度迁徙规模及抖音搜索指数为数据依据,分别采用自然断点对其进行空间分析,并将二者在时空上进行动态关联比较。研究发现,旅游信息流在空间传播上与经济水平高度相关;客流在空间传播中呈地域邻近性,距旅游目的地较远的客源地流量甚微;从二者的关系上看,客流对信息流有明显的时间滞后性,空间距离是影响客流的主要因素。通过实证分析信息流时空传播特征及对客流的影响,以期为合理调控客流量、优化旅游资源配置、避免旅游供求关系瓶颈等提供参考。
The high popularity of short video platform makes tourism information flow play a more important and vivid role in tourism activities. Therefore, in order to fully distinguish the impact of tourism information flow on passenger flow in time and space, this paper takes Shanxi Province as the research area, mainly based on the migration scale of Baidu and TikTok search index, uses natural breakpoints to carry out spatial analysis on them, and compares them dynamically in time and space. Research has found that tourism information flow is highly correlated with economic level in spatial dissemination; Passenger flow exhibits regional proximity in spatial transmission, with little flow in source areas that are far away from tourist destinations; From the relationship between the two, there is a significant time lag between passenger flow and information flow, and spatial distance is the main factor affecting passenger flow. Through empirical analysis of the spatiotemporal propagation characteristics of information flow and its impact on passenger flow, this study aims to provide reference for rational regulation of passenger flow, optimization of tourism resource allocation, and avoidance of bottlenecks in tourism supply and demand relationships.
