湖北省某防水材料生产企业地块土壤污染状况调查及风险评估研究

Abstract:
本研究以湖北省某防水材料生产企业为例,探讨了如何开展在产企业的土壤污染状况调查和风险评估工作。风险评估结论表明,该企业厂区范围内土壤存在石油烃(C10~C40)超标,其对于潜在暴露人群的健康风险水平超过了可接受范围,需要开展污染土壤修复或风险管控工作。建议石油烃(C10~C40)的修复目标值为4500 mg/kg,扣除叠加部分后的修复面积为1970 m2,需修复污染土方量约2041.5 m3,最大污染深度为1.5 m。
This study takes a waterproof material production enterprise in Hubei Province as an example to explore how to carry out soil pollution status investigation and risk assessment work in production enterprises. The risk assessment conclusion indicates that there are petroleum hydrocarbons (C10~C40) exceeding the standard in the soil within the factory area of the enterprise, and the health risk level to potentially exposed populations exceeds the acceptable range. Therefore, contaminated soil remediation or risk control work needs to be carried out. The recommended remediation target value for petroleum hydrocarbons (C10~C40) is 4500 mg/kg. The restoration area after deducting the overlapping part is 1970 m2. The amount of contaminated soil to be remediated is approximately 2041.5 m3, and the maximum pollution depth is 1.5 m.
