Abstract:

随着新能源汽车、半导体、交通运输等行业的快速发展,工程材料研究及应用不断革新发展,因此实践教学对于工程材料创新人才培养尤为重要。构建基于“产学研赛”融合的实践教学体系成为培养产业人才的关键,从产业人才需求出发,结合科研前沿和竞赛要求,来设计多元化的实践教学内容,通过企业实习、科研项目、竞赛活动等多种方式,促进培养适应未来产业发展需求的高素质人才。
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, semiconductors, transportation and other industries, research and application of engineering materials have undergone continuous innovation and development. Therefore, practical training is particularly important for cultivating innovative engineering talent. Building a practical teaching system based on the integration of “industry-academia-research-competition” is the key to cultivating industrial talents. Starting from the needs of industrial talents, combining cutting-edge research and competition requirements, diverse practical teaching content can be designed. Through various means such as enterprise internships, scientific research projects, and competitions, high-quality talents with the ability to adapt to the future development needs of the industry can be cultivated.
