文章探讨了线上线下融合教学模式在数字化人力资源管理实践课程中的应用，通过构建基于信息技术的教学框架，分析其核心要素与设计策略，包括资源开发、平台建设及教学活动的衔接，并提出实践中的改进方向。认为该模式结合了线上学习的灵活性与线下互动的深度，能够有效提升学生的实践能力、学习兴趣与教学质量，为高等教育管理类课程改革提供了有益参考。
The article discusses the application of the online and offline integration teaching mode in the digital human resource management practice course, analyses its core elements and design strategies by constructing an IT-based teaching framework, including the development of resources, the construction of platforms, and the articulation of teaching activities, and proposes directions for improvement in practice. This paper argues that the model combines the flexibility of online learning with the depth of offline interaction, which can effectively enhance students’ practical ability, learning interest, and teaching quality, and provides a useful reference for reforming management courses in higher education.
