艺术之光——点亮乡村建设创新之路的研究与实践
The Light of Art—Research and Practice on Illuminating the Road of Innovation in Rural Construction

聚焦于农村发展，党和国家推行了美丽乡村建设、乡村振兴战略等一系列重大举措，有力地推动了农村全面小康的实现以及农业农村现代化的构建。深入探寻乡村中的“优秀思想观念、人文精神、道德规范，依照时代要求在保护传承的基础上进行创造性转化、创新性发展”。各级政府、社会组织等积极投身于乡村建设之中。由艺术家、评论家、高校学者等构成的多元主体，运用各种各样的艺术元素和手段对乡村文化生态进行改良、提升，从而催生了“艺术乡建”的持续探索，通过艺术的方式介入乡村建设，推动乡村的文化生态建设，构建新型乡村文化景观和艺术理想，促进乡村的内生动力和可持续发展。目前，在学界，对于艺术乡建理论建构和实践经验的学理性阐释以及启发性思考相对稀缺。因此，展开新时代中国艺术乡建的专项研讨，对其价值导向和实现路径进行深度探究，具有重要的学术价值与现实意义。
Focusing on rural development, the Party and the state have implemented a series of significant measures, such as the construction of beautiful countryside and the rural revitalization strategy, which have strongly promoted the realization of an all-round well-off society in rural areas and the construction of agricultural and rural modernization. We should deeply explore the “excellent ideas, concepts, humanistic spirit, and moral norms in rural areas, and carry out creative transformation and innovative development on the basis of protection and inheritance in accordance with the requirements of the times”. Governments at all levels, social organizations, and other entities have actively participated in rural construction. A diverse group of individuals, including artists, critics, and scholars from universities, have used various artistic elements and means to improve and enhance the rural cultural ecology, thereby giving rise to continuous exploration of “artistic rural construction”. By intervening in rural construction through artistic means, we can promote the cultural and ecological construction of rural areas, build a new type of rural cultural landscape and artistic ideal, and stimulate the endogenous driving force and sustainable development of rural areas. Currently, in the academic community, there is a relative lack of academic explanations and inspiring thoughts regarding the theoretical construction and practical experience of artistic rural construction. Therefore, conducting in-depth discussions on the specialized topic of Chinese artistic rural construction in the new era, and exploring its value orientation and realization path, holds significant academic value and practical significance.
