社会工作实务领域老年社会工作面临的挑战及路径研究
Research on Challenges and Pathways of Social Work for the Elderly in the Field of Social Work Practice

我国已正式进入老龄社会，老龄化已成为基本国情，庞大的老龄群体的养老问题将不可回避。随着经济发展中物质生活水平的提高，物质上的供给已经无法满足老年人的养老需求，旺盛的文化养老需求对我国养老事业提出了新要求，加强社会工作实务，发展社区基层老年社会工作，培育养老新路径成为社会热点问题之一。本文基于社会工作实务视角，探索当前积极老龄化视角下社会工作的现状，以及如何有效参与社区养老服务，解决社区养老工作存在的问题，从而促进积极老龄化，使老年人老有所学、老有所为。
China has officially entered the aging society, aging has become a basic situation, and the pension problem of the huge aging group will not be avoided. With the improvement of material living standards in economic development, the material supply has been unable to meet the elderly care needs of the elderly, and the strong cultural demand for the elderly care has put forward new requirements for the elderly care in China. Strengthening social work practice, developing community-level social work for the elderly, and cultivating new paths for the elderly have become one of the hot social issues. From the perspective of social work practice, this paper explores the current situation of social work from the perspective of active aging, as well as how to effectively participate in community elderly care services and solve the problems existing in community elderly care work, so as to promote active aging and make the elderly learn and act for themselves.
