陶行知劳动教育思想对加强少先队劳动教育的启示
The Implications of Tao Xingzhi’s Labor Education Thought for Strengthening Young Pioneers’ Labor Education

劳动是财富的源泉，也是幸福的源泉。劳动教育是帮助学生形成正确的劳动价值观的重要组成部分。著名教育家陶行知躬身实践形成了一套独具特色的劳动教育体系，至今仍对少先队劳动教育带来诸多启示。文章从陶行知先生的劳动教育思想中选取四点围绕少先队教育进行讨论，包括：书是一种工具，《少先队活动》书需要被少先队工作者灵活使用；过现代的生活，劳动教育要结合时代特点；认识坏的社会，运用反面教材教育队员；在劳力上劳心，避免“身心分离”的二元。
Labor is the source of wealth and the source of happiness. Labor education is an important part of helping students form correct labor values. Tao Xingzhi, a famous educator put himself into practice and formed a set of unique labor education system, which still brings a lot of inspiration to the labor education of the Young Pioneers. The article selects four points from Mr. Tao Xingzhi’s thoughts on labor education and discusses them in the context of Pioneer education, including the book is a tool, and the book “Pioneer Activity” needs to be used flexibly by the Pioneer workers; to live a modern life, and the labor education should be combined with the characteristics of the times; to know the bad society, and to educate the players by using negative materials; to work hard on laboring, and avoid the dichotomy of “separation of body and mind”. The dichotomy of “mind and body separation” is to be avoided.
