教育家精神视域下高校辅导员职业道德提升路径研究

教师是立教之本、兴教之源，教育家精神是教师精神内核与综合素质的高度凝练。作为高校全员育人中的重要一员，辅导员兼顾教师与管理双重角色，不仅肩负着为祖国培养人才、满足学生全面发展的外部需求，同时还要兼顾促进自我发展、提升个人综合素质的内部诉求。学高为师，身正为范。新时代高校辅导员在落实好立德树人根本任务的实践过程中，要坚持以教育家精神铸魂强师，引领自我成长，将教育家精神贯穿于教育教学的全过程全方位，朝着建成教育强国战略目标扎实迈进。
Teachers are the foundation and source of education and the key to the success of education. Educators’ spirit is the highly condensed core of teachers’ spirit and comprehensive quality. As an important member of all-staff education in colleges and universities, counselors take into account the dual roles of teachers and management, not only shouldering the external needs of training talents for the motherland and meeting the all-round development of students, but also taking into account the internal demands of promoting self-development and improving personal comprehensive quality. Knowledgeable people can become teachers, while well-behaved people can become role models for others. In the process of implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, college counselors in the new era should persist in casting a strong teacher with the spirit of educators, lead self-growth, run the spirit of educators through all aspects of education and teaching, and make solid progress towards the strategic goal of building an educational power.
