以学生为中心的教学评价体系构建与实践——以《管理学原理》课程为例

Abstract:
本文基于“以学生为中心”的教育理念,针对《管理学原理》课程的教学评价现状,提出并构建了一套新型教学效果评价体系。研究通过引入实践导向的评价方法、多元化的参与式教学策略以及基于SPOC平台的实时反馈机制,提升教学评价的全面性与科学性。通过教学实验对比分析,研究发现,新体系在学生学习参与度、批判性思维和实践能力的提升方面显著优于传统模式,同时学生对评价的公平性和合理性感知更高。本研究为高校教学评价体系改革提供了实践依据和理论支持。
This study, grounded in the “student-centered” educational philosophy, addresses the current state of teaching evaluation in the “Principles of Management” course and proposes a novel evaluation system for teaching effectiveness. The research enhances the comprehensiveness and scientific rigor of teaching evaluation by incorporating practice-oriented evaluation methods, diversified participatory teaching strategies, and a real-time feedback mechanism based on the SPOC platform. Comparative analysis through teaching experiments reveals that the new system significantly outperforms the traditional model in terms of student engagement, critical thinking, and practical skill development. Additionally, students demonstrate a higher perception of the fairness and reasonableness of the evaluation. This study provides both practical evidence and theoretical support for the reform of teaching evaluation systems in higher education.
