蒙古国本土中文教师专业能力成长路径研究

Abstract:
文章主要介绍了蒙古国中文教育的发展现状、政策与环境、教育需求与挑战,并重点分析了蒙古国本土中文教师的专业能力。蒙古国中文教育经历了从古代贵族教育到现代普及教育的发展历程,当前政府高度重视中文教育,制定了一系列政策扶持中文教育发展。然而,蒙古国中文教育仍面临着教育资源整合不足、师资力量薄弱等挑战。文章通过分析蒙古国本土中文教师的专业能力构成要素及现状,提出了加强教师专业能力发展的需求。为提升教师专业能力,还探讨了教师专业能力成长理论与模型在蒙古国的适用性,并提出了具体的成长路径和优化策略。最后,展望了蒙古国本土中文教师的未来研究方向,为促进蒙古国中文教育的进一步发展提供了有益的参考。
This article mainly focuses on the current development status, policies and environment, educational needs and challenges of Chinese education in Mongolia, and focuses on analyzing the professional abilities of local Chinese teachers in Mongolia. Chinese education in Mongolia has gone through a development process from ancient aristocratic education to modern popular education. The current government attaches great importance to Chinese education and has formulated a series of policies to support its development. However, Chinese education in Mongolia still faces challenges, such as insufficient integration of educational resources and weak teaching staff. The article analyzes the constituent elements and current situation of the professional competence of local Chinese teachers in Mongolia and advances the need to strengthen the development of teachers’ professional competence. To enhance the professional competence of teachers, the article also explores the applicability of teacher professional competence growth theories and models in Mongolia and proposes specific growth paths and optimization strategies. Finally, the article looks forward to future research directions for local Chinese teachers in Mongolia, providing useful references for promoting further development of Chinese education in Mongolia.
