法律文本俄译汉翻译技巧分析——以《乌兹别克斯坦经济特区法》为例
Analysis of Translation Techniques of Legal Texts from Russian to Chinese —On the Example of the Law on Special Economic Zones in Uzbekistan

随着全球化的深入发展，法律文本的俄译汉翻译需求日益增长。本文以《乌兹别克斯坦经济特区法》为例，从目的论视角出发，探讨了法律文本翻译中的翻译技巧。目的论强调翻译活动的目的性和功能性，认为翻译策略要为翻译目的服务。在法律文本翻译中，译者需充分考虑目标语言读者的需求和法律文本的功能，选择恰当的翻译技巧。本文分析了法律文本的语言特点、并提出了适应目标文化的翻译技巧，如增译、减译、词类转换、合译、分译、语态转换以及语序调整。通过这些技巧，旨在提高法律文本的可读性、准确性和权威性，确保法律信息在跨文化交流中的有效传递。
With the deepening development of globalization, there is a growing demand for Russian to Chinese translation of legal texts. Taking the Law on Special Economic Zones of Uzbekistan as an example, this paper discusses translation skills in translating legal texts from the perspective of purposivism. Skopos theory emphasizes the purposefulness and functionality of translation activities, and holds that translation strategies should serve the purpose of translation. In legal text translation, translators need to take into full consideration the needs of target language readers and the functions of the legal text, and choose appropriate translation techniques. This paper analyzes the linguistic characteristics of legal texts and proposes translation techniques adapted to the target culture, such as amplification, omission, conversion, division, combination, voice change and inversion. Through these techniques, it aims to improve the readability, accuracy and authority of legal texts and ensure the effective transmission of legal information in cross-cultural communication.
