Abstract:

高校学生管理工作承担着培根铸魂的育人使命,“大思政课”的理念指明了当前高校学生管理工作深化改革创新的前进方向。从内涵上看,“大思政课”强调对学生的价值引领,从特点上看,“大思政课”体现理论与实践的高度融合。在“大思政课”视域下,高校学生管理工作面临着社会多元化思潮不断交织、网络信息化弊端亟需改善、学生心理健康问题日益突出的挑战。高校可以从深入融合信息技术、挖掘优秀传统文化、整合社会资源等方面创新探索“大思政课”视域下的高校学生管理工作。
The management of college students bears the mission of cultivating students’ souls, and the concept of “big ideological and political courses” points out the direction for deepening reform and innovation in current college student management work. In terms of connotation, the “Great Ideological and Political Course” emphasizes the value guidance for students, and in terms of characteristics, it embodies a high integration between theory and practice. Under the perspective of the “Great Ideological and Political Course”, the management of college students is facing challenges such as the continuous interweaving of diverse social trends, the urgent need to improve the drawbacks of network informatization, and the increasingly prominent psychological health problems of students. Universities can innovate and explore student management in the context of the “Great Ideological and Political Course” by deeply integrating information technology, exploring excellent traditional culture, and integrating social resources.
