Abstract:

良好的人文关怀能力关系到护理实习生将来护理工作的质量和发展。采用质性研究方法的现象学研究,对从粤东某高校中抽取的10名实习护生进行半结构式访谈对其人文关怀能力的影响因素展开研究,运用Nvivo11.0软件进行主题分析。提炼出个人素养、教育影响、水平变化、社会影响四个主要因素。实习护生的人文关怀能力受教育、环境等多种因素影响,需通过学校与医院共同努力,增强培训与人文关怀的实践。
A good capacity to give humanistic care is linked to nursing interns’ development and quality of daily work. This study used phenomenological research methods to conduct semi-structured interviews with 10 nursing interns from a university in Eastern Guangdong to study the influencing factors of their humanistic caring ability by thematic analysis utilizing Nvivo 11.0 software. Four main factors were extracted: personal accomplishment, educational influence, level change, and social influence. The humanistic care ability of nursing interns is affected by multiple factors such as education and environment, so it is necessary to strengthen the training and humanistic care practice through the joint efforts of schools and hospitals.
