在社会信息化、经济全球化、互联网技术飞速发展的今天，一批批集团企业如雨后春笋般涌现出来。在市场竞争逐渐激烈的背景下，如何更好地实施财务信息化，提升财务管理的有效性是集团企业在发展过程中必须考虑的问题。为探索集团型企业完善财务管理信息化建设的有效策略，本文分析了集团型企业财务信息化建设的重要性及存在的问题，并从人才、人工智能的应用、信息反馈机制等方面提出了企业财务管理信息化建设的有效策略，以期为集团企业财务管理信息化建设提供新思路。
In today’s society of informationization, economic globalization, and rapid development of internet technology, a batch of group enterprises have emerged like spring bamboo shoots. Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition, how to better implement financial informationization and enhance the effectiveness of financial management is a problem that group enterprises must consider in their development process. In order to explore the effective strategies for improving the financial management informationization construction of group enterprises, this paper analyzes the importance and existing problems of financial informationization construction in group enterprises, and puts forward effective strategies for enterprise financial management informationization construction from the perspectives of talent, artificial intelligence application, and feedback mechanism of information. The aim is to provide new ideas for the financial management informationization construction of group enterprises.
