农村小学英语教育的现状透视与发展策略

Abstract:

农村小学英语教育是小学教育的组成部分,对于培养学生的英语基础知识和基本技能,激发学生的英语学习兴趣,为今后的英语学习打下坚实的基础具有重要作用。然而,农村小学英语教育面临着家庭辅导不足,教育政策落实不到位,教师专业培训少,语言环境匮乏等挑战,导致学生英语听说能力弱,学习兴趣不足。为改善此现状,需采取相应的发展策略:一是构建多元化的家庭辅导途径,二是深化教育政策执行力,三是完善英语教师的专业培训,四是营造浸润式语言环境。通过这些策略,旨在提升农村小学英语教育质量,促进学生英语能力的全面发展,缩小城乡教育差距,为农村孩子提供更广阔的成长舞台。
Rural primary school English education is an integral part of primary education, which plays an important role in cultivating students’ basic English knowledge and skills, stimulating their interest in learning English, and laying a solid foundation for future English learning. However, rural primary school English education faces challenges such as insufficient family tutoring, inadequate implementation of educational policies, lack of professional training for teachers, and inadequate language environment, resulting in weak English listening and speaking abilities and insufficient learning interest among students. To improve this situation, corresponding development strategies need to be adopted: first, building diversified family counseling channels; second, deepening the implementation of educational policies; third, improving professional training for English teachers; fourth, creating an immersive language environment. Through these strategies, the aim is to improve the quality of English education in rural primary schools, promote the comprehensive development of students’ English abilities, narrow the education gap between urban and rural areas, and provide a broader stage for rural children’s growth.
