罗伟生教授从气论治结节性肝硬化验案举隅
Professor Luo Weisheng’s Experience in Treating Nodular Cirrhosis from Qi

结节性肝硬化具有隐匿发展、容易癌变、症状反复、难根治等问题，中医药治疗具有防治癌变，减轻症状等特点，目前尚缺乏有效的临床治疗手段，中西医结合治疗有效延缓结节性肝硬化的进展。文章介绍了罗伟生教授治疗结节性肝硬化的临证经验，罗伟生教授认为本病应当从气论治，本虚标实，治疗上注重疏肝理气，健脾益气，活血祛瘀，再随证加减。
Nodular cirrhosis has the problems of hidden development, easy canceration, repeated symptoms, difficult to cure and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the characteristics of preventing and treating canceration and alleviating symptoms. At present, there is no effective clinical treatment. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively delay the progress of nodular cirrhosis. This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Luo Weisheng in the treatment of nodular cirrhosis. Professor Luo Weisheng believes that this disease should be treated from the perspective of qi, which is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. In the treatment, attention should be paid to soothing liver and regulating qi, invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and then adding and subtracting according to the syndrome.
