校园文化建设促进中学生德育的可行路径研究

党的十八大报告高瞻远瞩地确立了“立德树人”作为教育事业的根本任务，在当前国家全面推进科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的宏伟蓝图中，中学思想政治教育扮演着至关重要的角色。校园文化，作为隐性教育的独特载体，其思想政治教育功能不容忽视。它以其独有的方式，潜移默化地影响着学生的思维方式、价值取向和行为习惯。深入研究校园文化的思想政治教育功能，不仅有助于我们更好地把握教育的内在规律，提高教育的针对性和实效性，更是贯彻落实党中央关于“文化建设”和“立德树人”精神的具体实践，是新时代教育工作的必然要求。
The report of the 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has established the “moral education” as the fundamental task of education. In the grand blueprint of the current national strategy of comprehensively promoting science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents, the ideological and political education of middle school plays a vital role. Campus culture, as a unique carrier of recessive education, its ideological and political education function can not be ignored. In its unique way, it imperceptibly affects students’ way of thinking, value orientation, and behavior habits. In-depth study of the ideological and political education function of campus culture not only helps us better grasp the inherent laws of education, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education, but also implements the specific practice of the Party Central Committee on “cultural construction” and “moral cultivation” spirit, which is an inevitable requirement of education in the new era.
