新课标下小学生劳动教育存在的问题及对策研究——以梧州市DE小学为例

Abstract:

劳动作为人类最基本的实践活动和存在方式,是创造物质财富和精神财富的途径。教育是激发学生潜能、提高学生素质的重要途径之一。新课标背景下要求培养学生全面发展的能力,将劳动与实践结合起来,通过劳动教育帮助学生树立良好的劳动观念,提高学生的生活能力和良好的卫生习惯,树立自理、自强、自立的意识。本研究主要采用文献分析法、文件调查法、观察法,了解新课程标准下小学生劳动教育的现状,并以此为基础进行分析和提出策略,帮助学校、教师更好地对小学生开展劳动教育,引导学生树立正确的劳动价值观。本研究以教师为主要研究对象,分析教师的教育方式,教师自身的劳动知识水平,学校的劳动教育课程构成情况等,结合文献,分析小学生劳动教育存在的问题,最后提出解决策略。
Labor, as the most basic practical activity and way of existence of human beings, is a way to create material and spiritual wealth. Education is one of the important ways to stimulate students’ potential and improve their quality. Under the background of the new curriculum standards, it is required to cultivate students’ ability for all-round development, combine labor with practice, help students establish good labor concepts through labor education, improve students’ living ability and good hygiene habits, and establish the awareness of self-care, self-improvement, and self-reliance. This study mainly uses literature analysis, document investigation and observation methods to understand the current situation of labor education for primary school students under the new curriculum standards, and based on this, conducts analysis and proposes strategies to help schools and teachers better carry out labor education for primary school students and guide students to establish correct labor values. This study takes teachers as the main research object, analyzes teachers’ teaching methods, teachers’ own labor knowledge level, the composition of the school’s labor education curriculum, etc. Combined with the literature, this paper analyzes the problems existing in primary school students’ labor education, and finally proposes solutions.
