利益相关者视角下多方参与建筑垃圾资源化利用策略演化博弈分析

Abstract:
随着城市化进程的不断推进,建筑垃圾的产生量也在不断增加。加强建筑垃圾的资源化利用,可以防止其对环境造成污染,同时实现资源的循环利用。政府、建筑企业和回收企业是建筑垃圾资源化利用的三个重要利益相关者。如何协调各方利益,促进建筑垃圾资源化利用的顺利实施,成为了一个有待解决的问题。本研究旨在运用利益相关者理论,对建筑垃圾资源化利用过程中的多方参与进行博弈分析。通过构建博弈模型,探讨不同利益相关者之间的行为策略及其影响因素。研究结果表明:政府采取监管策略,建筑企业积极参与资源化利用,以及回收企业积极资源化利用建筑垃圾,能够显著促进建筑垃圾资源化利用的整体水平,提升环保效益,同时也有利于企业降低成本、增强市场竞争力,实现经济效益与社会效益的双赢。
Amidst the relentless march of urbanization, the proliferation of construction waste has escalated. Augmenting the recycling and resource recovery of construction waste is pivotal in mitigating its environmental contamination and facilitating the circular use of resources. Governments, construction firms, and recycling entities constitute the triad of key stakeholders in the valorization of construction waste. The orchestration of their interests to foster the seamless execution of construction waste resource utilization presents an unresolved conundrum that warrants attention. This study aims to apply stakeholder theory to analyze the game among multiple participants in the process of construction waste resource utilization. By constructing a game model, this research explores the behavioral strategies of different stakeholders and their influencing factors. The results indicate that government regulatory strategies, active participation of construction companies in resource utilization, and recycling enterprises' proactive resource utilization of construction waste can significantly enhance the overall level of construction waste resource utilization, improve environmental benefits, and also help enterprises reduce costs and enhance market competitiveness, achieving a win-win situation for both economic and social benefits.
