国内外非药物疗法治疗原发性痛经的研究进展

Abstract:
原发性痛经是女性常见的月经期症状之一，严重影响女性的生活质量。随着对药物治疗副作用的关注，非药物疗法作为缓解痛经的有效替代方案，逐渐得到重视。本文综述了国内外非药物疗法在治疗原发性痛经中的应用，重点介绍了针灸、推拿按摩、物理疗法和心理治疗等方法。研究表明，非药物疗法在缓解痛经方面效果显著，副作用小，适用于不同类型的痛经患者。
Primary dysmenorrhea (PD) is one of the most common menstrual symptoms among women, significantly impacting their quality of life. With growing concerns over the side effects of pharmacological treatments, non-pharmacological therapies have gained attention as effective alternatives for alleviating dysmenorrhea. This paper reviews the application of non-pharmacological therapies in treating primary dysmenorrhea globally, focusing on acupuncture, massage therapy, physical therapies, and psychological interventions. Studies have shown that non-pharmacological treatments effectively relieve dysmenorrhea with minimal side effects, making them suitable for various types of dysmenorrhea patients.
