This study focuses on the construction of a psychological health education and training system for kindergarten teachers, aiming to enhance their psychological qualities through systematic training and promote their performance in educational and teaching work. The study adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and practical exploration to elaborate on the connotation, objectives, content, methods, and evaluation mechanism of the psychological health education and training system for kindergarten teachers. Through the construction and implementation of this system, we hope to provide a comprehensive, professional, and continuous mental health education and training platform for kindergarten teachers, thereby promoting the overall quality improvement of the teaching staff.
