空管学员英语通话能力OPI评估指标的研究
Research on the OPI Evaluation Indicators for the English Communication Ability of Air Traffic Control Trainees

为促进民航空管系统业务能力水平提升和关键人才队伍建设，本文通过对管制初始培训学员英语通话能力的OPI评估指标的研究，结合中南地区实际，详细介绍了英语通话能力OPI评估指标设计原则与理论模型，以及OPI评估指标设计流程和主要方法，并基于社会认知效度模型进行了效度分析，填补了民航中南地区管制初始培训学员英语通话能力评估标准的空白。
To promote the improvement of operational capabilities and key talent team construction in civil aviation air traffic control system, this paper studies the evaluation indicators of OPI (Oral Proficiency Interview) for evaluating initial trainees’ English communication skills of air traffic control through research, and provides a detailed introduction of the design principles and theoretical model of OPI evaluation indicators, as well as the design process and main methods of OPI evaluation indicators, based on the social cognitive validity model. It fills the gap of OPI evaluation standards for initial trainees’ English communication skills of air traffic control in civil aviation in the Central and Southern regions.
