总结胡鸾副教授在临床中运用推拿治疗小儿便秘的经验。便秘是儿童的一个常见问题，表现为主要有大便不通、排便时间延长、频率减少。胡鸾副教授运用小儿推拿在临床中治疗小儿便秘效果显著，在对小儿便秘进行治疗时，确保准确的诊断是达到优良治疗效果的关键。中医临床上对小儿便秘的病因病机有许多独特认识，但其分型方法也不相同。根据不同的诊断结果，选择合适的治疗方法。确切的诊断、准确的辨证选穴以及精确的操作技巧是确保治疗效果良好的核心要素。本文从临床实际出发，结合现代中医基础理论及临床经验，对小儿便秘的辨证论治进行了分析总结，并提出了具体治法与处方用药方法。提供了两个医案作为参考资料。
To summarize the clinical experience of Associate Professor Luan Hu in treating infantile constipation with massage. Constipation is a common problem in children, which is mainly characterized by obstruction of stool, prolonged defecation time and reduced frequency. Associate Professor Luan Hu’s use of infantile massage is effective in the treatment of infantile constipation. In the treatment of infantile constipation, ensuring accurate diagnosis is the key to achieving good results. In traditional Chinese medicine, there are many unique understandings about the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile constipation, but the classification methods are also different. Depending on the diagnosis, to choose the appropriate treatment according to these results. Accurate diagnosis, accurate acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation and accurate operation skills are the core elements to ensure a good therapeutic effect. Starting from the clinical practice, combined with the basic theory and clinical experience of modern traditional Chinese medicine, this paper analyzes and summarizes the syndrome differentiation and treatment of infantile constipation, and puts forward the specific treatment and prescription methods. Two medical records are provided as reference materials.
