刍议民办高职高水平“双师型”教师标准认定
A Brief Discussion on the Standard of High-Level “Double-Qualified” Teachers in Private Higher Vocational Schools

教师是教育的灵魂，优秀的教师队伍是教育质量的保障。一所高水平的职业院校，必然拥有一支结构合理、素质优良的教师队伍。随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展，民办高职院校在培养应用型人才方面发挥了重要作用。为了提高教育教学质量，国家对“双师型”教师的标准认定提出了更高的要求。高标准的“双师型”教师认定标准，对于提高教师质量具有十分重要作用。本文根据国家文件精神及要求，旨在探讨民办高职“双师型”教师的标准认定，分析其特征、认定的必要性、现状、标准、流程及未来发展方向，并提出相应的对策建议，为相关民办高职院校提供参考。
Teachers are the soul of education, and excellent teachers guarantee quality education. A high-level vocational college must have a well-structured and high-quality teaching staff. With the rapid development of higher vocational education in my country, private higher vocational colleges have played an important role in cultivating applied talents. In order to improve the quality of education and teaching, the state has put forward higher requirements for the standard recognition of “dual-qualified” teachers. High-standard “dual-qualified” teacher recognition standards play a very important role in improving teacher quality. According to the spirit and requirements of national documents, this paper aims to explore the standard recognition of “dual-qualified” teachers in private higher vocational colleges, analyze their characteristics, necessity, current situation, standards, processes and future development directions, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for relevant private higher vocational colleges.
