Abstract:

周围性面瘫为面神经管内面神经的非特异性炎症引起的周围性面肌瘫痪。西医对本病多采用激素、抗病毒、抗生素等药物或手术治疗,但仍不可避免地留下不同程度的后遗症,且风险较高。中医治疗周围性面瘫采用针灸疗法,具有毒副作用小、后遗症较少等优势。电针通过在穴位处微弱的电刺激,可加强针灸得气的治疗效果,同时减轻炎性水肿,促进神经细胞修复。本文介绍笔者老师王珑教授应用针刺结合电针治疗周围型面瘫病案1则。
Peripheral facial paralysis (PFP) is a condition characterized by the paralysis of the facial muscles due to nonspecific inflammation of the facial nerve. Western medicine typically employs treatments such as hormones, antiviral medications, antibiotics, and surgery; however, these methods often result in varying degrees of residual symptoms and carry a higher risk. In contrast, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) utilizes acupuncture, which offers the benefits of minimal toxic side effects and fewer residual symptoms. Electroacupuncture enhances the therapeutic effects of acupuncture by applying mild electrical stimulation to acupoints, thereby reducing inflammatory edema and promoting nerve cell repair. This article presents the treatment approach of PFP using acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture, as practiced by the author’s mentor, Professor Wang Long.
