基于博弈论的废旧电子产品逆向物流模式决策研究

Abstract:
为研究以旧换新回收策略下的废旧电子产品逆向物流模式最优决策问题,建立制造商自营回收、零售商辅助回收及第三方回收商辅助回收三种不同的逆向物流博弈模型,通过求解对比分析不同回收模式下的利润、回收量以及以旧换新策略对逆向物流的影响。结果表明,当处理成本相等时,由制造商自营回收对整个逆向物流效益更有益,对制造商自身也有正向影响;当处理成本不等时,在不同的情况下,不同的逆向物流模式利润大小不同。但无论在哪一种回收模式下,回收商以旧换新策略水平、回收量都与回收商的以旧换新策略对回收量的影响系数正相关。
For the study of the trade-in recycling strategy of reverse logistics mode of waste electronic products’ optimal decision problem, establish manufacturers proprietary recycling, retailers auxiliary recycling and third-party recyclers auxiliary recycling three different reverse logistics game model, through the comparative analysis of different recovery mode of profit, recycling and the influence of the strategy of reverse logistics. The results show that when the processing cost is equal, the proprietary recovery is more beneficial to the whole reverse logistics benefit and has a positive impact on the manufacturer itself, and when treatment costs are unequal, different reverse logistics modes have different profits in different situations. However, no matter under which recycling mode, the level and amount of the recycling strategy are positively correlated with the influence coefficient of the old-in strategy on the recycling amount.
