组织生命周期视角下非营利组织发展的实践进路研究
Practical Research on the Development of Non-Profit Organizations from the Perspective of Organizational Life Cycle

非营利组织在城市社区发展中的重要作用日益凸显。本文基于组织生命周期理论，以参与式观察和非结构式访谈为抓手，以广西L市一家非营利性自闭症康复机构为例，研究发现该组织在多年发展过程的实践进路中，需求驱动是其发展源动力，环境规制和机制筛选则保障了其稳定性和持续性。其实质是社会组织在特定社会环境下的适应、成长与变革过程，体现了适应性和动态调整的能力。最后，本文提出了非营利组织发展的策略并总结了研究的局限与不足，提出了未来研究的方向，以期为非营利组织的发展提供更加全面、深入的洞见与参考。
The important role of non-profit organizations in the development of urban communities is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper is based on the theory of organizational life cycle, with participatory observation and unstructured interview for the gripper, taking a non-profit autism rehabilitation institution in Guangxi L city for an example. It is found that in the process of development of the organization in many years, demand drive is the source of development, environmental regulation and mechanism screening to ensure its stability and sustainability. Its essence is the process of adaptation, growth and change of social organizations in a specific social environment, which reflects the ability of adaptability and dynamic adjustment. Finally, this paper summarizes the limitations and shortcomings of the research, and proposes the direction of future research, in order to provide more comprehensive and in-depth insights and references for the development of non-profit organizations.
