基于CiteSpace的国内大学生慢就业的研究现状及趋势
Research Status and Trends of Slow Employment of Domestic College Students Based on CiteSpace

近几年，大学生就业形势日趋严峻，“慢就业”群体不断攀升。为深入研究我国大学生慢就业的研究现状，梳理分析近年来大学生慢就业的整体情况、发展脉络和研究热点。基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库，利用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对国内期刊中的大学生慢就业研究的文献进行可视化分析，共纳入中文文献818篇。国内研究呈爆发式增长的趋势。研究机构都以高校为主，但机构、学者之间的合作关系不够紧密。研究前沿和热点聚焦于就业困境、就业形势、就业服务。加强跨地区、跨机构间学者的交流联系，实现资源共享；研究内容较为聚焦，需要开拓关注视角；丰富研究方法，多学科融合。
In recent years, the employment of college students has become increasingly severe, and the number of “slow employment” groups has been rising. In order to study the current situation of slow employment of college students in China, the overall situation, development and research hotspots of slow employment of college students in recent years have been analyzed. Based on the China Knowledge Network (CNKI) database, CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to visualize and analyze the literature on slow employment of college students in domestic journals, and a total of 818 articles in Chinese were included. Domestic studies show an explosive growth trend. The research institutions are all based on universities, but the partnership between institutions and scholars is not close enough. Research frontiers and hotspots focus on employment dilemmas, employment forms, and employment services. Strengthen the exchange and connection of scholars across regions and institutions to realize resource sharing; the research content is relatively focused and needs to develop the perspective of attention; enrich research methods and integrate multiple disciplines.
