中药调控NF-κB信号通路治疗OA的CiteSpace可视化分析

Abstract:
目的:探讨中药通过调控NF-κB信号通路治疗OA的研究现状、研究热点以及未来发展趋势,并为未来中药与信号通路的进一步深入研究提供参考及借鉴。方法:筛选2012年1月至2023年12月收录于中国知网、万方、维普数据库中关于中药调控NF-κB信号通路治疗OA的中文文献,利用可视化软件CiteSpace 6.1 R6分析作者、单位、研究方向、研究热点、关键词等进行知识图谱式的可视化分析。结果:共纳入中药通过NF-κB信号通路治疗OA的有关文献829篇,根据筛选标准最终获得112篇有效文献,且年发文数量呈现波动中上升的总趋势;发文量较高的作者包括:韩隆胤、林昌松、吴晨、高慧琴;单位以甘肃中医药大学、上海中医药大学、广州中医药大学第一附属医院,以中医药大学及其附属医院为主;高频关键词“骨关节炎”“膝骨关节炎”“网络药理学”“软骨细胞”“信号通路”频数和中心性较高;分子对接、网络药理学为近几年研究热点。结论:中药靶向NF-κB信号通路治疗OA的研究将会继续增长,无论是基础研究还是临床研究都存在巨大发展潜力。需要加强跨区域、跨学科间的合作与交流,利用计算机技术等新兴科技手段研究中药治疗OA机制将成为一种重要手段和方法,并将为中医药靶向治疗OA提供更科学依据。
Objective: To explore the research status, research hotspots and future development trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of OA by regulating NF-κB signaling pathway, and to provide reference for further research on traditional Chinese medicine and signaling pathway in the future. Methods: From January 2012 to December 2023, Chinese literatures on the regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway by traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of OA were screened from CNKI, WanFang and VIP databases. Visualization software CiteSpace 6.1 R6 was used to analyze the authors, units, research directions, research hotspots and keywords for visual analysis of knowledge map. Results: A total of 829 articles related to the treatment of OA by traditional Chinese medicine through NF-κB signaling pathway were included. According to the screening criteria, 112 effective articles were finally obtained, and the number of annual articles showed a general trend of rising in fluctuation. The authors with higher number of papers include: Han Longyin, Lin Changsong, Wu Chen, Gao Huiqin; the units are Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, and mainly in the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals. The high-frequency keywords “osteoarthritis”, “knee osteoarthritis”, “network pharmacology”, “chondrocytes”, “signal pathway” had higher frequency and centrality; molecular docking and network pharmacology are research hotspots in recent years.
