Abstract:

卒中相关性肺炎已成为卒中患者最常见的并发症之一,严重影响了患者的康复和预后。目前,关于卒中相关性肺炎的研究主要集中在危险因素的明确,并将这些危险因素联合构建成预测模型,从而对卒中相关性肺炎进行早期识别。本文对卒中相关性肺炎不同方面的危险因素以及与生物标志物联合成为预测模型的研究进展进行综述,并介绍不同国家现有的急性缺血性脑卒中相关性肺炎的预测评分系统,对比分析其预测效能及目前存在的问题,旨在为未来创造更简单、有效、稳定的早期筛查和预测工具提供参考。
Stroke-associated pneumonia has become one of the most common complications in stroke patients, which seriously affects their recovery and prognosis. Currently, research on stroke-associated pneumonia focuses on the identification of risk factors and the combination of these risk factors into predictive models for the early recognition of stroke-associated pneumonia. In this article, we review the progress of research on different aspects of risk factors for stroke-associated pneumonia and their combination with biomarkers into prediction models, and introduce the existing prediction scoring systems for acute ischemic stroke-associated pneumonia in different countries, and compare and analyze their predictive efficacy and current problems, with the aim of creating a simpler, more effective, and more stable early screening and prediction tool for the future.
