The Inheritance and Revitalization of Minzhong Tubao: The Integration Path of Digital Protection, Cultural Tourism, and Community Governance

随着全球文化遗产保护意识的不断提高，传统建筑的保护与活化逐渐成为学术界与政策制定者关注的重要议题。闽中土堡作为中国东南地区独具特色的防御性建筑，承载着深厚的历史文化价值和地域特色。本文基于全球文化遗产保护的跨文化视角，结合文化景观理论和遗产价值评估理论，进一步深化了理论框架，深入探讨了闽中土堡的保护与活化路径，重点分析其在现代文化旅游经济中的创新应用。通过比较国内外类似遗产的修复与活化案例，本文提出了一套融合国际视野与本土实践的解决方案，强调科技手段、社区参与及政策支持在遗产可持续利用中的关键作用。研究表明，闽中土堡的保护不仅涉及中国文化遗产的延续，还为全球遗产保护提供了新颖的范例和经验，特别是在遗产与经济融合的背景下，提出了文化与旅游协同发展的创新路径。
With the continuous improvement of global awareness of cultural heritage protection, the protection and revitalization of traditional architecture has gradually become an important issue of concern for academia and policy makers. As a unique defensive building in southeastern China, the Minzhong earthen fortress carries profound historical and cultural value as well as regional characteristics. This article is based on a cross-cultural perspective of global cultural heritage protection, incorporating cultural landscape theory and heritage value assessment theory to deepen the theoretical framework and deeply explore the protection and revitalization path of Minzhong Tubao, with a focus on analyzing its innovative application in modern cultural tourism economy. By comparing restoration and revitalization cases of similar heritage sites both domestically and internationally, this article proposes a solution that integrates international perspectives with local practices, emphasizing the key role of technological means, community participation, and policy support in the sustainable use of heritage sites. Research has shown that the protection of Minzhong Tubao not only involves the continuation of Chinese cultural heritage, but also provides novel examples and experiences for global heritage protection, especially in the context of the integration of heritage and economy, proposing innovative paths for the coordinated development of culture and tourism.
