Bayberry is the largest fruit in Wencheng County, ranking at the forefront of the county’s industry, but there are also problems and shortcomings, such as a lagging processing industry, lack of brand recognition, and outdated preservation technology. This article analyzes the current situation, development advantages, and existing problems of the bayberry industry in Wencheng and proposes corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of policy, technology, processing, sales, brand, etc.
