《伤寒论》神志病治法探析

随着社会的发展和时代的进步，人们的生活节奏不断加快，神志病的发病率显著升高，这引发了许多的社会问题。通过梳理《伤寒论》中与神志病有关的方证，对其相关条文从病因、病机、治法、方药等角度进行剖析，以此总结归纳出泻热化瘀、清宣郁热、温阳重镇、温阳降逆、温中补虚、急救回阳、泻热逐水、涌吐逐邪、通腑泄下、滋阴清热等多种治疗神志病的方法，其辨治理论十分丰富，疗效切实可靠，以期为神志病的临证治疗提供更多的思路。
With the development of society and the progress of the times, people’s pace of life has been accelerating, and the incidence of mental disease has increased significantly, which has led to many social problems. By combing the syndrome of prescription related to mental disease in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and analysing the relevant articles from the perspectives of etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, prescription and medicine, we summarize a variety of treatments for mental disease such as diarrhoeal heat and blood stasis, clearing and declaring the heat of depression, warming the Yang and heavily sedating, warming the Yang and subduing the rebelliousness, warming the middle and tonifying the emptiness, first-aiding and restoring the Yang, diarrhoealing the heat and expelling the water, surging and vomiting and expelling the evils, draining the internal organs and nourishing the yin to clear the heat, etc., which is a very rich theory of differentiation of treatments, and the efficacy of the treatments is practically reliable It is expected to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of mental disease.
