Abstract:

2型糖尿病(T2DM)患病过程中会产生多种慢性并发症,严重降低患者生活质量,增加经济负担。因此,对于T2DM患者,除控制好血糖水平外,对于并发症的预防与治疗同样需引起重视,但由于其发生机制复杂、影响因素众多,诊疗方案还有待进一步优化。VD作为脂溶性激素参与人体内多种代谢过程,近年来逐渐成为研究热点,VD水平与T2DM慢性并发症存在一定相关性且其作用机制多样。本文总结分析了目前VD对于T2DM常见慢性并发症,包括大血管、微血管、周围神经病变、骨质疏松之间的影响及作用机制的研究进展,为T2DM慢性并发症的诊疗提供新思路。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) can lead to a variety of chronic complications during its course, which significantly reduces the quality of life for patients and increases the economic burden. Therefore, for T2DM patients, in addition to controlling blood sugar levels, the prevention and treatment of complications also need to be taken seriously. However, due to the complex mechanisms and numerous influencing factors, the diagnosis and treatment plans still need to be further optimized. Vitamin D (VD), as a fat-soluble hormone, participates in various metabolic processes in the human body and has gradually become a research hotspot in recent years. There is a certain correlation between VD levels and chronic complications of T2DM, and its mechanisms of action are diverse. This article, combined with relevant references, summarizes and analyzes the current research progress on the impact and mechanisms of VD on common chronic complications of T2DM, including macrovascular, microvascular, peripheral neuropathy, and osteoporosis, providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic complications of T2DM.
