基于ANSYS Workbench的输出轴轴承座有限元分析

Abstract:
轴承座是机械设备中的极重要结构零件,起支撑轴承和旋转轴的作用,通过其多种功能确保设备的高效、稳定运行,其质量属性直接影响设备运行的性能和稳定性。本文利用Creo Parametric软件建立轴承座的三维模型,并使用ANSYS Workbench对该轴承座进行静态结构分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,评估该轴承座的力学性能和可靠性,为进一步的结构优化提供依据。
The bearing housing is a critically important structural component in mechanical equipment, serving to support bearings and rotating shafts while ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the equipment through its various functions. The quality attributes of the bearing housing directly impact the performance and stability of the equipment’s operation. This article utilizes Creo Parametric software to establish a three-dimensional model of the bearing housing and employs ANSYS Workbench to perform static structural analysis, modal analysis, and harmonic response analysis on the bearing housing. These analyses evaluate the mechanical properties and reliability of the bearing housing, providing a basis for further structural optimization.
