五音疗法联合针刺对肝阳上亢型高血压患者心理状况的调查研究
Investigation on the Psychological Status of Patients with Liver Yang Rising Type Hypertension Treated with Five-Tone Therapy Combined with Acupuncture

目的：本研究旨在探讨五音疗法联合针刺对肝阳上亢型高血压患者焦虑抑郁心理状况的影响。方法：将2023年1月至2023年10月于本院住院的80例肝阳上亢型高血压患者随机分为对照组(常规治疗组) 40例和实验组(五音疗法联合针刺组) 40例，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者干预前后焦虑和抑郁评分。结果：两组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均高于临界值。对照组护理前后焦虑和抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；护理干预前后两组焦虑和抑郁评分差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01或P < 0.05)。护理干预后，实验组患者焦虑和抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P < 0.01或P < 0.05)。结论：五音疗法联合针刺可有效缓解肝阳上亢高血压患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，对患者的早日康复起到积极作用。
Purpose: This study aims to explore the effect of Wu music therapy combined with acupuncture on the anxiety and depression of patients with hypertension due excessive liver yang. Methods: From January 2023 to October 2023, 80 patients with hypertension due to excessive liver yang were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (conventional treatment group) of 40 cases and an experimental group (Wu music therapy with acupuncture group) of 40 cases. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were to evaluate the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: The anxiety and depression scores of both groups were higher than the critical. There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the control group before and after treatment (P > 0.05); there was a significant difference anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). After treatment, the anxiety depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion: Music therapy combined with acupuncture can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with hypertension due to excessive liver yang, and plays a positive role in the early recovery of.
