专业课程教学中认知负荷优化实践

Abstract:
针对学员在监测诊断课程学习中负荷重、解决实际问题能力不足的现状,提出课程学习的认知负荷倒U型数学模型。通过重构内容、强化实战优化内在负荷,创新信息化教学削减外在负荷,设计适配活动提升关联负荷。结果表明,学习效率与认知负荷呈倒U型关系,负荷应适度。优化认知负荷可增强学员学习积极性,培育创新能力,助力监测保障人才高质量培养。
In response to the current situation where students have a heavy load and insufficient ability to solve practical problems in the learning of monitoring and diagnosis courses, an inverted U-shaped mathematical model of cognitive load for course learning is proposed. By restructuring the content, strengthening practical applications to optimize the internal cognitive load, innovating information-based teaching to reduce the external cognitive load, and designing suitable activities to increase the germane cognitive load. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between learning efficiency and cognitive load, and the load should be appropriate. Optimizing the cognitive load can enhance students’ learning enthusiasm, cultivate their innovative ability, and contribute to the high-quality cultivation of monitoring and support talents.
