Integration and Application of Ideological and Political Education Elements in “College Student Career Planning” Course

面对当前各高校《大学生职业生涯规划》课程建设中存在的思想政治教育与生涯职业规划教育结合度不高、课程思政元素不突出等问题，以及教育部提出《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》要求，高校需通过强化《大学生职业生涯规划》课程设计，充分利用课程中思政元素特点，在教育教学过程中融入社会主义核心价值观、中华优秀传统文化、经典论述著作等思政元素，不断强化课程效果，丰富课程内涵，推动课程发展。这将有助于培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人，同时为高校高质量就业和人才培养目标的实现提供有力支持。
In response to the current issues in the construction of “College Student Career Planning” courses in various universities, such as the low integration of ideological and political education with career planning education and the lack of prominent ideological and political elements in the courses, as well as the requirements of the “Guiding Outline for the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Courses” proposed by the Ministry of Education, universities need to strengthen the design of the “College Student Career Planning” course. By fully utilizing the characteristics of ideological and political elements in the course, integrating socialist core values, excellent traditional Chinese culture, and classic discourses into the teaching process, the course effectiveness can be continuously enhanced, the course connotation can be enriched, and the course development can be promoted. This will help to cultivate new generations who can shoulder the great mission of national rejuvenation and provide strong support for the realization of high-quality employment and talent cultivation goals in universities.
